Products listed for sale are in stock and available to deliver either next day or within 7 days of purchase. If you have an enquiry or specific requested delivery date please contact us to confirm.

If you would like to order a size or finish that is not in stock please email s@stephanie-said.com to order. Lead times are 4 - 6 weeks for collection pieces, and 6 - 10 weeks for bespoke pieces.

Shipping is complimentary for all orders, although any duties or taxes associated with the order are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your local customs office directly for more information on your applicable taxes, duties and regulation.

Within Australia - Orders are sent with Australian Express Post for next day delivery, with added signature requirement on delivery. Tracking number will be provided for online tracking.

Countries other than Australia - Orders are sent with Australian Registered Post for delivery within 5 - 10 days from shipment. Tracking number will be provided for online tracking.


Stephanie Said jewellery is thoroughly quality checked prior to sending out orders. If however a fault in the product is found, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will endeavour to repair or replace your piece where possible.

Product is not considered faulty where damage occurs through regular wear of the piece. Silver is a soft metal and should be treated with a great deal of care.

The effect achieved in blackened finished pieces are unique to each piece and you will note various shades rather than one smooth colour. Hence, the finish of your piece may appear varied to the image provided on the site. This is a normal feature and not considered defective.Returns or repairs will not be accepted on earrings.


Where possible, ring re-sizes after purchase are free of charge excluding shipping. Immediate exchanges on ring or bracelet sizes can occur where another size is available, otherwise please expect a 2 - 3 week turnaround to re size or custom make the new size. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Prices are listed on this website in Australian Dollars. Upon check out, paypal will show you the price in your preferred currency. Prices of bespoke pieces are indicative only and will be confirmed at the time of your order.


Stephanie Said pieces often comprise of delicate moving parts. To keep in the best condition we recommend that you treat your piece with great care. Any amount of force or rough handling can damage the shape and working function of the piece.

When not in use, we recommend keeping your piece wrapped in the anti tarnish tissue provided or a soft undyed cloth to keep from tarnishing.

Blackened finished pieces are created using an effect of oxidisation, colour will vary, and in time will fade with wear. If you would like your piece to be re-blackened after some wear this can be arranged at a cost depending on the size of your piece. Please contact us to arrange.

Slight imperfections may occur in the final finish which is characteristic of these hand made pieces. Silver is a soft metal and will build character marks with wear.
